"Amazing Home! The grounds are beautiful, my apt is spacious and the staff is more like family. Jenna our apt manager is kind, patient and prompt. Aaron our maintenance tech is on point. I've only had to put one request in almost 2 years here, I'm pretty sure my lock was looked at same day. It was my fault...I wasn't doing it right, Aaron was his kind self and reminded me that he is always available... He is. The staff is what makes my beautiful apt a home. Yes, its clean open, and spacious but Jenna and Aaron make me feel safe. I'm extremely grateful I found this place. Jenna had me at hello. When she called me back after my inquiry, all my concerns about apt living were put to rest. I'm an older adult and the process of relocating was daunting. Jenna was/ is so kind and welcoming. "I lived at Magnolia Plaza for 35 years, moved in 1987 when the complex was brand new. I have seen many managers and maintenance personnel. The best thing that happened to Magnolia Plaza was when The Management Works took over the property. The buildings were painted, the driveways redone, updated laundry facilities, barbecues, and the trees pruned. Before The Management Works took over, I had been asking for two years to have the trees cut back. I had the branches on my screen windows and could not look out the windows because all I could see were trees and leaves. One of the biggest things done was when they got rid of old water tanks and had clean water coming into the apartments. The water was so bad before The Management Works took over that it was gray and undrinkable. The managers that were hired were great from Chere, Lupe to the newest manager, Chelsea. She is doing a phenomenal job. She is very professional, courteous, and friendly. All apartment managers should be like Chere, Lupe, and Chelsea. The maintenance men were very friendly and helpful, from Tomas, Martin, Francisco and Jorge. These were the people that I dealt with. Were excellent in fixing and taking care of problems. Their work was exceptional. Before The Management Works took over, you could wait a month before a work order was completed. … I would definitely recommend living at Magnolia Plaza to others, plus I would recommend anyone needing to rent an apartment, look to one that is managed by The Management Works. You 'guys' are the best, caring and professional with great management personnel. Keep up the good work. Thanks for all the great management."

"This is definitely long over due but definitely needs to be said.. To the Management Works, I hope you know that you guys have a true gem when it comes to Lupe! It's truly rare to find somebody as hardworking, caring and passionate as Lupe I truly believe she puts her blood, sweat, and tears into everything she does and it shows over and abundantly. She always listens to any concerns or needs we may have and addresses them in a prompt and professional manor. Always greets me by name when I see her. I've been blessed to have been at Magnolia Plaza since around the same time Lupe came in 2019 and I just have to say the amount of change and improvements to this community is just phenomenal the property is absolutely beautiful! From new paint to new roofing to new mailboxes and repaving the concrete if it needs attention Lupe is on it! As for Thomas, he always gets the job done ! He is so hard-working, kind, and respectful. He's always looking for a solution to make things better and never fails to greet me and my family if we cross paths and that genuine kindness goes a long way. Thank you both so much for striving to make this the best community to live in! I love where I live and a large part of that is because of the people that keep everything up and running. “Sergio amazes me with his overall knowledge of his role as a Maintenance Engineer. He works so hard from mopping the floors in the common areas, to electrical, replacing a heating element in my oven, repairing some loose linoleum under my kitchen cupboards, and replacing two ceiling lights in my unit. He and Amber are so very kind and polite not only to me, but the other tenants as well. They both are easy to communicate with and do an excellent job meeting tenant needs. They are an asset to your organization. I wish they had been here from the time I moved into Surf Terrace Apartments some 20 yrs. ago.”

"The management team today - Lupe and Thomas are amazing. Lupe genuinely cares about the people who live here and is very pleasant. Maintenance requests are turned around quickly by Thomas and are done right (not like before). Many improvements have been made since new management took over...  Barbecue grills, laundry rooms remodel including pay with card, painting the entire exterior, tree trimming, new pool furniture, new office built, and online rent payment and maintenance requests. It's a beautiful property - almost a park like setting with trees and winding sidewalks. We really like living here."
